The model village at Babbacombe (5 miles) is delightful to walk around … feel like a giant as you tread the tiny streets. Paignton Zoo (1.5 miles) is well known for its conservation efforts and is home to an impressive collection of wildlife including a Komodo Dragon! If you want to head inland, the Dartmoor National Park is accessible within 13 miles and has tors and a myriad of walking trails.
