This delightful apartment is located in the popular Roundham area of Paignton, one of the town's top locations, sitting on the headland which juts out between the pier and Goodrington Sands.
Stanley Apartment 1 occupies part of the second floor of a spacious detached period property which has been updated by the owners to provide stylish accommodation with a touch of opulence! The two bedroom apartment has wonderful sea views and is just a stones throw from the town beach, harbour, shops and restaurants.
Get out and about and visit Torquay and Brixham, both popular seaside towns with fabulous beaches and gardens. Whether you're a couple looking for a relaxing break or a family staying with the children, there's something for all ages. The model village at Babbacombe is delightful to walk around… feel giant like as you tread the tiny streets. Paignton Zoo is well known for it conservation efforts and is home to an impressive collection of wildlife including a Komodo Dragon… it's latest arrival! If you want to head inland, the Dartmoor National Park is about half an hour's drive away with its tors and myriad of walking trails.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Well appointed flat, very clean and well equipped. Perfect for visiting places of interest and also close to beach, shops and other amenities.
This flat is in a really nice location close to the harbour and walking distance for Paignton and Goodrington. Very clean and has everything needed. Except towels which are extra. Would have preferred them included like all other holiday rentals we have used . Great to have off street parking.
