This delightful apartment is located in the popular Roundham area of Paignton, one of the town's top locations, sitting on the headland which juts out between the pier and Goodrington Sands. You’ll enjoy sea views from many of the apartment’s windows and you’ll be proximal to the town’s restaurants and shops, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

This apartment occupies part of the second floor of a spacious detached period property which has been updated by the owners to provide stylish accommodation with a touch of opulence! The living/dining area easily accommodates all four guests in front of the TV and there’s a glass-top dining table for when you want to sit down to eat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to create inspired suppers and it boasts fabulous views of Torquay. The master bedroom is an en-suite double and the second bedroom has two single beds pushed together to form a double bed. The second room is serviced by a family bathroom. Outside, there is an elevated deck terrace.

Get out and about and visit Torquay (3 miles) and Brixham (5.5 miles), both popular seaside towns with fabulous beaches and gardens. Whether you're a couple looking for a relaxing break or a family staying with the children, there's something for all ages. The model village at Babbacombe (5 miles) is delightful to walk around … feel like a giant as you tread the tiny streets. Paignton Zoo (1.5 miles) is well known for its conservation efforts and is home to an impressive collection of wildlife including a Komodo Dragon! If you want to head inland, the Dartmoor National Park is accessible within 13 miles and has tors and a myriad of walking trails.

This was a great base to explore the local area. The views from the apartment are lovely. The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable. The hosts made us feel very welcome. The local town is within easy walking distance and there are a choice of good beaches along the coast. Numerous costal walks from the doorstep and good rail and bus links.Read more Off road parking is very handy. We had a lovely week here. Hide

A gem of a property in a wonderful location near enough to the town for restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be peaceful. Stunning views of the harbour and opposite Roundham Gardens and the walk to Goodrington Sands and nearby Broadsands beach. The apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Paignton and accessing the harbour to travel further afield. Perfectly clean with excellent views, the photos do not do it justice. We had the most fabulous time.

A lovely apartment with beautiful views from every window, looking out over Paignton an Torquay. Only a short walk to the seafront or town. Off road parking was a bonus. The apartment was very clean and well supplied and included a fridge and a separate freezer. Great size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
