Stanley Apartment 2 is on the second floor of a spacious detached house in the Roundham area, one of Paignton's prime locations, a small headland between Paignton's main beach, pier and Goodrington Sands.

The property has been recently refurbished and offers stylish comfortable accommodation for 4. Stanley Apartment has lovely sea views, is beautifully furnished and just a short walk from Paignton's harbour and the beaches of Preston Sands and Goodrington Sands. You’ll find a good range of shops, restaurants and cafes near by too, an excellent choice for a couple or family looking to stay in this popular holiday destination.

Living area: Three seater leather sofa, armchair and coffee table. Wall mounted flat screen TV. Worktop with four stools.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom: Double bed, two bedside tables. Extensive views over the roof tops of Paignton.

Bedroom 2: Double bed with en-suite W.C., and washbasin.

Bathroom: Shower room with an electric shower, W.C.  and wash handbasin.

 

Parking: This property has a private parking.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
