Beautifully presented coastal style apartment, 1 Charborough House has 4 bedrooms and sits in the heart of Salcombe, a very popular chic sailing and holiday destination. The towns winding streets cling to the coast with some excellent pubs and restaurants, coffee shops and stylish boutiques. Regular ferries run to South Sands with its Blue Flag beach and across to East Portlemouth with its lovely sandy beaches.
From the moment you step inside the property your holiday begins… the blue and white décor and wrap around balcony set the scene. Just unpack, kick off your shoes, relax on the balcony and take in the views over the water.
Down stairs: Open plan living and dining space with patio doors open out onto the balcony with views along the coast and sandy beaches. Corner sofa, 2 swivel arm chairs, large Freeview TV with a DVD player.
Dining area: Large wooden family dining table with benches and chairs.
Kitchen: Gas cooker with a 4 ring hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
First floor, master bedroom: Double patio doors leading out onto the balcony, double bed, double built in wardrobe, dressing table, Freeview TV.
Single bedroom: Single bed and has plenty of hanging space. Suitable for a child.
On the lower level there are an additional 2 spacious bedrooms at the front of the property with views of the Salcombe estuary.
Bedroom 3: 3 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Freeview TV.
Bedroom 4: Double bed, Freeview TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
First floor bathroom for master and bedroom 2: Large walk in shower, WC, sink with overhead mirror and a heated towel rail.
Ground floor bathroom: The second bathroom is centrally situated for Bedroom 3 and 4, large walk in shower, WC, sink with cupboards and mirror overhead as well as heated towel rail.

Parking: .There is an annual parking permit for North Sands car park, Creek (1st of April - 30th Sept) ShadyCoombe (1st Oct - 31st March).

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
