Description
Ecila is located in a leafy residential area of Salcombe and walkable to the pretty and ironic estuary town. Experience first hand this bustling, but unspoilt area which prides itself on on its safe sandy beaches, being part of a Marine Site of Special Scientific Interest and also having a conservation status under an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Salcombe is host to an annual Yacht and Town Regatta, a Crab Fest, Merlin Rocket Week just to name a few. If your passion is for water sports or boating, then Salcombe is the place to visit with a vast array or activities on offer. For those that like to partake in something less energetic, stroll round the quaint town centre full of boutique shops and restaurants, not forgetting to call into Salcombe Gin distillery and tasting bar. Ecila is a traditional bungalow offering level accommodation for five guests and has a rear aspect of the rolling hills of Devon. This property is an ideal base for reach North and South Sands by foot, the convenience of the town centre only a 10 minute walk or visiting Kingsbridge, Hope Cove or Dartmouth by car.

Lounge with 36" TV and DVD player and sofas and coffee table. Family bathroom with bath and a mixer tap shower, w.c, hand basin. Cloakroom with w.c and hand basin Master bedroom with double (4'6") bed, with wardrobe and sink, Bedroom 2 with double bed (4'6''), with wardrobe and sink, Bedroom 3 with single bed (2'6'')(truckle bed available on request) and wardrobe.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided. Gas central heating and electric included in the rent. WiFi provided. Large rear garden, parking in driveway for one vehicle, kerbside available if required. Sorry no pets allowed.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
