Description
Magdala Garden is a stunning recently refurbished 2 bed property situated in the heart of Salcombe, just a stone's throw away from the boutique shops, cafe's and restaurants on offer. Boasting spectacular panoramic views into the estuary, the patio area is lit at night which makes it perfect for unwinding under the stars overlooking the sparkling townscape with a glass of wine. This 2 bedroom escape sleeps 4 in luxury bedrooms and has a beautiful open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area where you will find a large comfy leather sofa, smart TV and fantastic views over the patio into the estuary. There are 2 spacious bathrooms, one with a rain shower and the other with bath and shower head. On the enclosed patio you will find modern rattan furniture as well as 2 sun loungers.
Accommodation: 2 bedrooms: One with King size bed the other with two 3ft singles, 2 bathrooms: 1 with rain shower, WC and wash basin, the other with bath, WC, wash basin and non mounted shower head. Kitchen/Lounge: Microwave, toaster, 4 ring electric hob with oven, dishwasher, large american fridge/freezer, 42" smart TV with Blu ray player, large leather sofa, coffee table and bean bag.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). You are welcome to bring your own baby equipped, please inform us when booking if you are bringing an infant. No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi Provided. Garden Furniture. Short Breaks not accepted. Parking available in pay and display car parks locally. The property is on one level but there are a few steps internally as well as down to the property.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
