Description

This detached, modern property is set in the beautiful town of Salcombe in South Devon. This area boasts one of the most luxurious locations of the South Devon Coastline and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Salcombe Heights is stylish and contemporary with each and every room being spacious and offering lots of space to pack your belongings away, a real home from home. On the ground floor from the living room you can access the enclosed patio and terrace, outside seating for all of the family is provided in the form of a large rattan sofa and a wooden table and chairs. Next to the living room is a open plan kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a section of the Salcombe Estuary, the kitchen is well equip with Siemens appliances throughout and an American Style Fridge and Freezer. Perfect size for a big family holiday, this property is ideally suited for eight adults and two children. All bedrooms are attractive is design, three of the rooms have walk in shower ensuites, there is a family bathroom on the first floor and an extra shower in the utility room on the ground floor. A driveway offers parking for up to two vehicles. Salcombe Town Centre is roughly a ten minute walk away. Enjoy everything the town has to offer without even driving!
