No. 5 The Green is an attractive and well-equipped property overlooking the village green and offers comfortable accommodation for five guests. This traditional cottage is set over two floors and has been beautifully decorated to a high standard throughout with a modern look that still retains character features such as the beamed ceilings and large sash windows.

Situated in the heart of Shaldon, the property is conveniently located just a few yards from the popular 'The London Inn' and is just a two-minute walk from the beach. There is a small terrace at the front of the property where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the activity on the green which regularly hosts craft markets and other activities.

Teignmouth is just a short drive or ferry ride away and boasts many attractions for families such as the pier with the usual amusements, beaches, play parks and many local restaurants.

Ground Floor

Lounge/Diner: Cosy with comfortable seating, beamed ceilings, woodburner, integrated TV/DVR with Netflix, views overlooking The Green to the hills beyond.

Kitchen Area: Full equipped kitchen with handbuilt bespoke oak kitchen cabinets and worktop, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed with underneath storage, views overlooking The Green to the hills beyond.

Bedroom 2: Double bed with underneath storage, chest of drawers, views overlooking The Green to the hills beyond.

Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, chest of drawers, views overlooking The Green to the hills beyond.

Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, retractable clothes line, basin, WC.

Outside Space: Small enclosed patio to the front of the property, brick paved with outdoor table and chairs and views over The Green and Bowling Green - perfect for evening drinks as the sun sets!

Parking: Parking available around The Green and surrounding streets. If none available there is a pay and display car park a short walk away at The Ness.

Changeover Day: Friday - Arrival: 3:00pm - Departure: 10:00am 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Heating and electricity included in the rent. Gas-fired heating and woodburner in lounge/diner.

Baby Equipment: None provided, please bring your own.
