Island View is conveniently situated just off the picturesque village of Thurlestone, with its pretty thatched cottages, local pub The Village Inn and well stocked convenience store and post office. Nearby are the sandy beaches of Thurlestone North Beach, Leas Foot Sands and Mouthwell Sands and perfect for family days out and watersports. If outdoor sports appeal, then nearby Thurlestone Golf Course with Tennis facilities are only a short drive away. This one level bungalow, with two bedrooms (additional single bedroom is located through the Master bedroom) and two shower rooms boasts fabulous views from the rear aspect overlooking Bigbury on Sea, Burgh Island and surrounding countryside. Welcoming two dogs, Island View also has a large grassed and enclosed garden for the children to play in whilst the adults enjoy the decked area with sea views. Available with one free parking space to the side of the bungalow, the property enjoys an open plan, kitchen, living and dining room to sit and take in the sea views.

Accommodation: One floor: Entrance Hall. Kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, Hotpoint washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, LG microwave. Lounge/Dining room with 28" TV and Wifi. Family bathroom with shower cubicle and a wall mounted shower, w.c, hand basin. Master bedroom with double (4'6") bed, ensuite with Shower cubicle w.c. and handbasin.Bedroom 2 with two single (2'6") with built in wardrobe. Additional bedroom with single bed available via the master bedroom, please request on booking.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided. Electric fire and wall mounted electric heaters included in the rent. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
