Description

The Haytor, sat in the leafy suburbs of Torquay, combines the comfort of a relaxing self-catering stay in a quiet area, with the fun and excitement of a variety of local attractions, making it a great place to explore the very best of the English Riviera. Just a short walk from this holiday home you will find activities for everyone in the group, including the Babbacombe Model Village, the charming precinct of St. Marychurch with quirky local shops, and Babbacombe Downs with breath-taking views and the iconic Cliff Railway.  Torquay Marina and town centre are also just a short drive away.

Ensuring a comfortable stay on each and every occasion, there is a modern lounge and kitchen downstairs, with three bedrooms upstairs to accommodate up to 6 guests. Two small dogs are also very welcome.

Accommodation: Access via front garden. Ground Floor: Lounge TV & DVD, two and three seater sofas, an armchair and coffee tables. Foldaway dining facilities. Kitchen with four-ring gas hob, gas oven, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, slim line dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar and 2 stools. Access to the garden courtyard. First Floor: Twin bedroom with bedside table (Single beds are zip&link that can be used as King size bed by prior request), reading lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the Master bedroom with a king size bed(Please note this is a very low level bed, those with mobility issues may have difficulty getting into or out of this bed), two wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, desk and a TV and a Double bedroom, bedside tables with lights, hanging rail. Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower unit, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas&Electricity included. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. 2 medium size pets welcome. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot. Garden furniture. Private driveway parking for 2-3 cars. Short breaks available. 3pm arrival time, 10am departure time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
