Accommodation is bright and spacious with stylish furnishings and decor and offers very comfortable holiday accommodation for 4 people. The property itself sits in an elevated position overlooking the sea. The lawned gardens are beautiful and have the added bonus of a hot tub which guests have private use of for an additional charge (must be booked in advance). The perfect spot to unwind after a day on the beach.

This is a fabulous spot... perfect for getting out and about and making the most of  the activities and amenities of Torquay and further afield. 'Living Coasts' sea life centre, Paignton Zoo are a short drive away. Catch a ferry across the River Dart and explore historical Dartmouth’s winding streets and stop off for lunch at one of the excellent cafes, restaurants or pubs. There are 19 beaches along the Torquay coast, you’re sure to have a favourite by the end of your stay!

The seaside resort town boasts a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, bars in its cosmopolitan marina setting… stroll along the palm lined promenades and through the landscaped pleasure gardens and vibrant palm tree-lined marina and historical visitor centre. If you’re a night owl, Torquays nightlife won’t disappoint.


Kitchen/living/dining room: Open plan room with floor to ceiling windows with fabulous sea views. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table with the usual appliances including hob, eye level oven and dishwasher. Pair of large leather sofas, Wi-Fi access and large flat screen SAT TV with DVD player, a movie and music library.



Master Bedroom: On the top floor with high ceiling, 1 King size/super king size bed with bedside table, flat screen TV and splendid distant sea views.

Bedroom 2: Brand new zip n' link king size bed or separating into 2 singles when required with bedside table and shelf.

Bathroom: Bath with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside:A sunny landscaped garden with BBQ, decked area with garden furniture and private Jacuzzi can further be enjoyed by guests during their stay for an additional £50.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
