Overview

This pet friendly holiday home is ideal base to explore Torbay. It lies in between charming area of Wellswood and bubbly life of Torquay town centre. The Cottage offers comfortable stay in well-equipped house laid out on two floors, relaxing time in a lovely garden area, topped up with a private parking for two cars. It has kitchen-diner, lounge and single bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There is enough space for group of seven friends or family and you are very welcome to bring your pets with you.

Entrance: Property is accessed from a gate and small front garden from the Babbacombe road, entering the hallway. The door on the right leads to kitchen area and at the end of hallway you will find the door to the garden area.

Accommodation: Ground Floor

Kitchen/Diner: The kitchen is well equipped and has 5 ring gas Falcon Range cooker with double oven and grill, as well as warming drawer. Large fridge and drinks fridge available. Tall freezer in the garage. Full size dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with table and chairs for 8.  Lounge: The area is furnished with a three seater sofa and two two-seater sofas and two coffee tables for your comfort. Smart TV 32’, DVD and books. Bedroom 1: Ground floor bedroom with a single bed, bedside table and lamp. Room: with a pool table for some entertainment.

Accommodation: First Floor

Bedroom 2: The master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, desk and chair. En-suite bathroom with a corner walk in shower cubicle, WC and a hand wash basin. This Bathroom is accessed also via other door from Hallway. Bedroom 3: offers two Single beds, bedside table with reading lamps, a chest of drawers.  Bedroom 4: this bedroom has a Double size bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, a wardrobe and desk with a chair. En-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, WC and sink, has sky pod light.

Garden Courtyard: there is a sunny garden with paved area for morning coffees or afternoon drinks. Area is equipped with rattan garden furniture sofa, chairs and table for al fresco dining.

Facilities and Services: Linen & towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi. No smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome. Parking: 2 spaces in the private driveway in front of the garage. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday, Arrival time 4 PM, Departure 10 AM. Travel cot & highchair can be provided on request. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
