Breathe in the crisp ocean air as you perch with a cold drink overlooking the Torquay Marina (2 miles), before settling in for an afternoon sweet treat in the light-dappled lounge.

This airy home features a crisp interior with bright neutral tones, light wood detailing, and inviting social spaces. Slip off windbreakers and sandy shoes by the door then venture into the large lounge/diner. Grab a brew and sink onto the comfortable seats then crack open the chocolates or browse the TV for a relaxing family film. Curl up in the armchair by the window and delve back into your novel or kick up your weary feet on the ottomans and sip a post-adventure tipple. In colder months, switch on the electric fire to chase away the evening chill. Rustle up a feast in the light kitchen then adorn the wooden dining table with a tempting spread. A great property quiet area easy walk to shops pubs beach and buses.

We stayed for a week at Christmas and found the cottage perfect for our needs. We even managed to cook a full Xmas dinner as there was plenty of baking trays and serving dishes. We appreciated the Xmas touches left for us - small lit up tree, crackers and tinsel. House was nice and warm and plenty of hot water too. We took our Amazon firestick for Read morethe tv and the wifi was good enough that we could use Netflix as well as all our gadgets at the same time. Location is very convenient for Babbacombe sea front, the cliff railway and model village - all my favourite places! Co-op and Sainsburys are very near which is great. We are very familiar with the area as have family there and I would definitely return to this property. Hide

Property was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was there. Was like home from home. Lots of thought put in for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Shops in walking distance for groceries which was very helpful.

A lovely property situated in a quiet area within easy reach to Torquay. Adequate facilities and very comfortable. We would definitely use the property again.

Lovely house, plenty of thought put into a visitors stay, milk, coffee, toilet roll, thorough instructions and clean enough to satisfy her indoors, with the added bonus of a sainsburys extra and a co-op extra in a minutes walk
