The property has been completely refurbished to offer contemporary accommodation. The living room is stylish and the beautiful kitchen is fitted out with modern appliances. The bathrooms are ultra modern and the property has wooden flooring throughout.
The refurbishments extend into the garden and much thought has been given to the new decked areas which provide plenty seating. The perfect spot for taking it easy and relaxing with a coffee and a magazine.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Lovely property just right for us with dog friendly floors and furnishings in a fantastic location backing onto open fields ideal for dog walking. It was just what we were looking for and loved the stay there. Thoroughly recommend the property and the company used. Fantastic location, lovely house, very pleased with the facilities at the property. I’ll definitely look to come back another time
Lovely, clean, light bright calming place - 2nd stay and really enjoyed it. The dog loved being able to run straight out into Walls Hill. We loved being so close to our favourite beaches and only a couple of minutes to Torquay harbour. Definitely recommend.
Lovely property great location veranda and its furniture needs a good clean I have always had excellent service from blue river.

Lovely property. Everything we needed was there. The decking area & balcony on the main bedroom were a definite plus for us. Plenty of room outside for our dog in the day & somewhere for both of us to sit on the balcony in the evening- very relaxing Will definately be recommending Blue River Cottages to family & friends. Waves End is a lovely place to relax & is within walking distance of some lovely beaches, pubs overlooking the sea, places to eat & nice little shops. Will put it on our list for a return visit soon
