Situated on the seafront, this apartment is close to shops and activities. The nearby beach offers swimming, paddling or rock-pooling depending on the weather. Restaurants are within walking distance and there is a bus stop just outside the crescent gates, while the location offers fabulous activities within easy travel.

As well as a lovely choice of restaurants along Hesketh Crescent guests can also pay a day or week's membership fee to enjoy the facilities of the Osborne Hotel Health Club, with the indoor swimming pool, tennis court, gym and sauna for guests use if this optional extra is enjoyed.
Torquay's waterfront is the focus of life in the town. Here you'll find the palm-lined promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina. The new Living Coasts attraction adds to the variety of the new waterfront and the illuminated bridge is a great backdrop to a relaxing evening drink. Yet within minutes of Torquay town centre there are beautiful beaches easily accessible by foot, road or sea.
There are 22 miles of coastline, cliffs, coves and beaches and walks to rival any in the South West of England, with a climate that belongs somewhere much further south. There are opportunities for surfing, safe swimming, diving, sailing, angling and wonderful opportunities to study the natural wildlife at your leisure.

Excellent location and fantastic property.
The location of the property is away from hustle and bustle of the town with wonderful sea views which are very relaxing to watch when having breakfast! Allocated onsite parking is a bonus. The apartment is has everything you need for a good self catering holiday, was clean and comfortable with a very relaxed atmosphere/decoration. Have stayed at The Balcony many times and have always enjoyed the holiday - it's a wonderful apartment to return to after a day out and just chill.
The Balcony is a beautifully furnished, spacious apartment with wonderful sea views. It is quiet & relaxing & within reach of a choice of eating places. There are many interesting places to visit within half an hour’s drive including Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model village & Theatre,

Excellent apartment with terrific views of the sea.Very tastefully done and everything clear to understand. Would definately recommend. A later check out time would of been good to end our relaxed holiday without rushing.
