This threebedroom apartment for families or group of friends of 6 with amazing views over Babbacombe Downs is located only couple steps from the historic Cliff Railway and local pubs and cafes. This 1 pet friendly flat also has private parking and is an ideal base for exploring the extensive coastline and wider Torquay area. The apartment is laid out on one - ground floor. Being in spacious lounge diner area you can open the French door wide and take delight in the pretty views over Torbay and Babbacombe Downs.

Dining area has table with 6 chairs, one corner of the lounge has two seater leather sofa with coffee table to enjoy great views from the window; 3-seater leather sofa, coffee table with Smart TV with Freeview. Kitchen area features four-ring induction hob, electric oven, under counter fridge with little freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, equipped with all the necessities for home-made meals. Bedroom 1 with King Size bed, en-suite shower room, WC. Bedroom 2 with a Double bed (Please note: this room does not have a window natural light enters the room from a Skypod, the Skypod does not give the room ventilation), en-suite wet room, WC. Bedroom 3 has 2 Single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps, full length mirror and hooks for clothes. En-suite wet room with shower, sink and WC. Separate WC with sink. Utility room with washer-dryer, iron and ironing board.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels included. Electricity and central heating, included in rent. Wi-Fi. No smoking. 2 pets welcome. Highchair and travel cot provided. 1 allocated off-road parking space with further parking available on nearby streets. Short breaks available. 3pm Arrival time, 10am Departure time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

We stayed at Oddicombe Hall Flat 2 as three couples and it met our needs completely. It was well furnished & equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners were extremely helpful with local information and ensured we had everything we needed. All the crockery & utensils provided were good quality as were the linens & towels. The flat is ideally located for local restaurants & pubs and the bus stop yards from the front door enabled us to visit much of the local area with ease. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property.

We had the most comfortable stay at Oddicombe flat 2. The property itself was great, really spacious, clean and with all the facilities you would need. We were just two, but with 3 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + 1 toilet, this flat would fit upto 6 people easily. The location was also perfect, with special views of Babbacombe downs, and 15-30min drivetimes to some very special beaches and coves in the area. We loved it and would definitely go back!
