This spacious ground-floor apartment is to the east of Torquay close to Babbacombe Cliff Railway with breathtaking views of the downs. It’s perfect for a group of friends, couples, or a family plus two furry family members, with three en-suite bedrooms, a lovely open-plan living area, private parking, and a large, enclosed garden, with the bonus of it being all on one level.

The warm, welcoming interiors create a relaxing home from home, and a great base for a seaside holiday. The large windows and French doors allow light to flood into the open-plan space, with comfy sofas to relax on and watch the Smart TV, a dining table for meals and a spacious kitchen to prepare them in. All three bedrooms, a king-size, a double, and a twin, have en-suite wet rooms with showers and WCs' there’s also a separate WC. The double room doesn’t have a window, but the Skypod roof lantern fills the room with natural light. The apartment also has a handy utility room for doing your laundry. Outside is a fantastic lawn area with somewhere to sit and soak up the amazing setting as the kids and canines play safely.

There are eateries, shops, and pubs nearby and Babbacombe Cliff Railway is just over 100 metres away, where you can catch a ride down to Oddicombe Beach (0.5 miles), or you can walk there down the road from the cliff top. On the beach, you’ll find a shop and cafe, beach huts and a gorgeous sandy bay perfect for building sandcastles and paddling. Wander along the coast path to Babbacombe Beach (0.5 miles), where you might see dolphins and seals playing offshore, and take the kids to the magical miniature world and crazy golf at Babbacombe Model Village (0.5 miles).

Great location for us two oldies and our dog. Lounge view straight out to sea. Supermarket in easy walking distance.Owners friendly and helpful.

The property itself was excellent, very light and spacious with lovely sea views. The location was also excellent with plenty of hotel's, bars and attractions within walking distance. Overall cleanliness was very good although the oven, microwave and fridge would benefit from a thorough clean. Beds were very comfortable but unfortunately we couldn'Read moret say the same about the 3 seater sofa as we sunk into it and could not sit for long. This all said I happily stay again and would recommend to family and friends. Hide

Location of this property is breathtaking (will really miss waking up to the wonderful view every day) Owners were very helpful and friendly at all times. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Bonus having private parking too!

This apartment was perfect for us with all the necessaries for our family holiday. The ensuite bathrooms with each room were an added bonus. Friendly hosts and a lovely location. Minutes from the Cliff railway. So many eateries nearby. Would love to come back.

We would not hesitate to return to this property - spacious, well equipped and clean. The location and views are stunning! The host checked in on us on our first evening to make sure that everything was OK and later in the week was kind enough to offer us a spare (free) ticket to the theatre. The off-road parking is a huge advantage.

Completely satisfied price very expensive do we get anything back as the place was left exactly as we found it. You mentioned 200 bond when we booked

This property was large and spacious, plenty of room for the five adults in our party + two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked for equipment and the dishwasher was a great addition. Location is excellent, beautiful views of the sea, and is in easy walking distance to the beach/funicular, pubs, cafes, supermarket and bus stops. Small garden out the Read moreback was really nice to have in the light evenings. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you. Hide

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Odducimbe Hall flat 2, the whole experience exceeded our expectations, superb location, extremely comfortable beds, spacious apartment being very suitable for wheelchair users or anyone with walking issues. Lovely area at the rear for dogs ( mainly enclosed although a couple of gaps in the hedge that tiny dogs maRead morey seek out which we blocked)with sun deck which along with the lounge has first class sea views. Babbacombe sea front is beautiful and everything you need is within walking distance, including a lovely theatre and venues offering entertainmentt. For Breakfast try 'The Bay Tree Cafe on Babbacombe Road' great value quality breakfast. Easily accessible local transport links so ideal for those who prefer not to use the car. Gerald the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We were a party ranging in ages from 30 to 88 who will all definitely return. Big thank you to Gerald the owner for providing EXCELLENT value for money and somewhere so peaceful to stay. Hide
