Learn about the conservation work at Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts sea life centre. If you have time to venture further afield, the Eden Project can be reached in around an hour and a half.

Kitchen area: Fully equipped kitchen with oven hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Breakfast bar with stools.

Master bedroom: Boutique-style with King size bed and adjoining en-suite shower room. Chest of drawers and bedside tables.

Shower room: Large double walk-in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Outside: Private terrace with ornamental shrubs and elegant stone balustrade rails, Wicker table and chairs. Barbecue.

Parking: Secure private parking space behind security gates

Facilities and Services: WiFi connection available. Bed linen and towels provided (beach towels not provided). Arr/dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season. Will allow 2 dogs. This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


Apartment was lovely, had everything you needed. Location was great with off street parking, so that was also a bonus. We had such an amazing time, I have already booked for next August Bank Holiday

A lovely, well appointed apartment in a pretty setting. Good base to explore the local area. Had an enjoyable stay.

Property information was spot on, it had everything to make the stay for a couple very enjoyable. The weather did not allow us to take advantage of the lovely balcony area, but it would be wonderful to take meals out there during good weather. The walk down to the centre took 9 minutes turning right and right again along Abbey Road, by car to Harbour is 2/3 minutes. We will definitely be booking again hopefully with better weather.
