South Cuma sits on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park, recently renovated and stylishly designed. Across four bedrooms, sleeping 10, it has the perfect makings for the ultimate family or friends getaway. Set along a 0.5 mile unmade track and only two neighbouring properties  and with its beautiful Countryside surroundings, South Cuma provides the perfect spot to switch off from daily stresses with no mobile signal and no light pollution at night - great for star-gazing. Inside the property is an abundance open, social living spaces with its enormous floor to ceiling height of 21ft in the living room. The kitchen has been wonderfully equipped with two ovens, grills, wine fridges and Smeg coffee machine plus benefitting from a Games room with full size Snooker table (over 16s only) and separate Snug at the other end of the property. From the living space, stairs lead up to the master bedroom with views out to the garden and three further bedrooms can be found at the other end of the barn.

From the kitchen area, bi-folding doors open out to the patio area with outdoor dining furniture and charcoal barbeque. At the bottom of the garden is the unfenced pond, children must be supervised at all times. South Cuma is just over two miles from Drewsteignton which sits in the valley of the river teign, the village benefits from a Post Office/Village Stores, Country Pub and gourmet fine dining restaurant. The property is in the ideal location for those who love to explore, ramble and enjoy long walks along pretty, high hedge rowed country lanes and footpaths. Fingle Bridge is also two miles from the property, where a good food pub sits on the river teign, providing excellent home cooked food, sunday carverys and breath-taking scenery. For those hot summer days, the river provides many bathing areas and river beaches; a great day out for all the family. Nearby, Chagford known for its vibrant local community, 15th and 16th century buildings, independent shops, eateries and largest freshwater fed outdoor swimming pool in Devon. Yet, the Cathedral city of Exeter is only 14 miles away.

First Floor - Master bedroom with super-king bed (6ft), bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, full length mirror, freestanding bath, juliet balcony with glass balustrade looking out to garden. En-suite shower room with wash basin and W.C., wall mounted towel rail. A very secluded location with complete peace and quiet. This property is ideal if you wish to escape from the crowds as long as you are aware that you will generally need to drive unless you are prepared to walk a couple of miles to either the village shop or pub. It is an amazing property for larger groups but doesn't ideally suit the elderly. Extremely well equipped and the only thing we were unable to find was an iron, which was not a problem at all even though there was an ironing board ? Would love to revisit in the future and highly recommend this property.
