Description
Avalon is a single storey two bedroom bungalow which has been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout and will make any guests feel immediately welcome.The property is situated in a quiet residential area but only a half hour walk into the centre of Brixham and to its many attractions or take the regular bus that runs nearby.
Brixham itself is host to all things nautical, with its pretty pastel coloured fisherman cottages that flank the bustling fishing port and the replica Golden Hind ship that stands proud in the harbour. It is also host to many annual festivals, including Pirate Fest and Fish Stock which attracts crowds from far and wide and is great family entertainment. If you wish to explore further a field, then a trip to Kingswear by steam train and then cross the mesmerising River Dart by passenger ferry to explore Dartmouth. Whatever your choice, South Devon opens up a whole world of fascinating places to visit for all ages.

Master bedroom with double bed - Twin bedroom with 2 Single beds Family bathroom - shower cubicle with thermostatic jet shower, hand basin, WC and washbasin. Additional WC and hand basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towel) Gas central heating. Travel cot, high chair and gate at the property please bring your own bedding and linen for the cot. Regrets no pets. Parking for one vehicle on the driveway. This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
