In the heart of Dartmouth Town Centre is a hidden pedestrian only street called Browns Hill where you will find Gull Cottage. The cottage is only 28 steps away from all of the shops, restaurants and cafes in the town. A short walk away from the River Boats, Coastal Walks and Public Transport, adventure is on your doorstep!
Gull Cottage is a semi-detached property covering three floors. The ground floor is open plan, creating a social space for everyone, there is also a breakfast bar seating up to four people with amazing mood lighting for the guests to enjoy in the evening. The owners are kitted the property out well providing a comfortable and modern environment for the guests. There are two two-seater sofas along with a large Smart Flat Screen TV mounted to the wall for ease of use in the room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and an additional family bathroom with a walk in shower. On the second floor is the twin room with 3' singles, these beds are suitable for adults and children over the age of 2. A great base for everyone in the party.

Facilities: Garden There is an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property which can only be accessed via the rear door in the kitchen area. Seating is provided. Guests can bring their own disposable barbeque (Please be aware guests are to dispose of their own barbeques). Parking Annual season ticket for Mayors Avenue Car Park (unreserved). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride on the outskirts of the town.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity are included in the rent.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Gull Cottage in Dartmouth with our two young children and again it didn’t disappoint. A perfect location and property for coastal walks, trips to the beach and a bit of retail therapy in Dartmouth. We will be booking to stay at Gull Cottage again very soon!
A lovely cottage in a great location. Easy access to all shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is also nearby. The steps up to the cottage can be challenging if you’re not used to being up a hill. The cottage has everything you need and is all good quality.
We spent a week in lovely Gull Cottage. Located right in the town. Beautiful decor and very clean. All the things you need for a self catered holiday and more. Hope to visit again in the future.
