The Crows Nest is a delightful three storey apartment located in the centre of Dartmouth in South Devon. The property itself is above Dartmouth Eats, a local restaurant, and looks out to the start of Newcomen Road. The Crows Nest is just around the corner from the Riverfront where you can grab a 'to go' coffee from Alfs Cafe, sit on a bench and watch the world go by. Or you can catch a River Boat, the Paddle Steamer or Greenway Ferry and take a trip down the River. 

The Crows Nest offers guests and their four legged friends a great place to stay. It offers a seasonal car park permit, three very spacious bedrooms all with their own ensuites, an open plan living, kitchen and dining room and a roof terrace which benefits from the sun until late afternoon.

You will access the property via Lower Street is Dartmouth, you will enter the hallway with an understairs cupboard housing the freezer, walk upstairs to the open plan living. kitchen and dining room. The dining area has a large circular wooden table with 6 chairs and a bay window looking out onto Lower Street and Newcomen Road. There is a galley style kitchen with gas hob and electric cooker, washing machine and plenty of cutlery and crockery for family and friends. The living room is encircled by a selection of leather sofas and armchairs, offering comfort and style to the room, a large Smart TV and DVD player has been provided for cosy nights in. The french doors in the living area lead to the roof terrace which benefits from the Sun until late afternoon. The second floor has bedroom two and three, each bedroom has its own ensuite and an additional cloakroom with a w.c. On the third floor is the master bedroom with a shower ensuite.
