Top Storey is a recently refurbished Grade II listed second floor property located just off Market Street in Dartmouth. Dartmouth is a beautiful town on the Western Bank of the River Dart estuary, it is a tourist hotspot throughout the whole year. The town offers guests ample activities to do, take part in the events such as Dartmouth's famous Music Festival in May, Dartmouth Regatta in August or Dartmouth Food Festival in October or if the events do not tickle your fancy then take the opportunity to enjoy River Boat journeys or take a visit to Dartmouth Museum or walk some of the most beautiful coastal paths. The town also offers an eclectic mix of independent and chain shops, restaurants and cafes so if you did not fancy cooking during your holiday there is no need to!
Top Storey on Market Street is in the thick of the main town, just outside of your front door is all Dartmouth has. The apartment is a second floor property that also overlooks the famous cobbled street Foss Street. As you access the property via two flights on external metal steps there is a balcony suitable to seat two people, great for the early birds of the family to enjoy their coffee. Enter the hallway and there is a cloakroom with wc and hand basin, to the left of the hallway is the kitchen/dining room. Opposite the kitchen/diner is the third bedroom with children's bunk beds, towards the rear of the property are bedrooms one and two, both come with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs in the property is an open plan lounge overlooking the main town.

Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
