Description

In a side street just off of the main town centre of Dartmouth is The Shell House. The property is in a great location and close to all of the amenities and attractions. The main shops, cafes and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away from your front door. The Shell House is within less than a 15 minute drive to Blackpool Sands where you can enjoy a lovely walk, beach day and grab an ice-cream from Venus Cafe. Nearby to the property are the Dartmouth River Boats Pontoon, permission to jump aboard the Paddle Steamer, Kingswear Passenger Ferry or Greenway Ferry. Fantastic activities to get those sea legs working. 

The property itself is beautifully decorated outside, with the use of shells creating a Lighthouse/Sea theme. Inside, the owners have recently refurbished the property to design a modern contemporary style for guests to enjoy during their stay. A very inviting environment for a fantastic holiday!

Changeover Day: Saturday Arrival 4:00pm (16:00) - Departure 10:00am Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Pets Welcome: Maximum of 1 pet; £25 per pet per week Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Heated Towels Rails in the Family Bathroom.
