Lazy Days does exactly what it says on the tin, it is the perfect well equipped Townhouse for you to land and fully relax on your holiday. This is a refurbished Townhouse located in the seaside town of Paignton in South Devon. This property has three floors catering for a family or friends group of 13 people, it has a total of seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms on the first and second floor. The ground floor houses a large living and dining room with woodburner, with seating for full occupancy level. Along the hallway and towards the rear of the property you will find the open plan kitchen, additional dining area and second woodburner, the utility room, wash pot zone, leading to the office, snug room and the rear enclosed patio with seating up to six people. 

Paignton, in South Devon, is a lovely location to fully explore The English Riviera, it's in the perfect area to provide a sense of escapism from the main town strip however, in less than a 5 minute walk you are in the centre of the towns vibrant life. The town itself has a busy seafront during the year with Torbay Air Show, BMAD Festival and the cinema and crazy golf. Move away from the seafront and head to the strip and enjoy the many cafes, restaurants, sports bars and some souvenir shopping. Paignton is in a central to the two other towns that make up The English Riviera, Brixham and Torquay. These towns are small driving distances or a short boat, train or bus journey away. There is just so much to do, where to start!

 Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Pets Welcome Maximum of 2 pets accepted; £25 per pet per week.

Power and Heat Gas and Electricity included in the rent. Heated towel rails are provided in every bathroom and ensuite. Woodburner in the living room and kitchen, started pack of wood is provided. This property far exceeding expectations. It was in a wonderful location but above all the extra thought that had gone into making it a wonderful place to stay. It was immaculately clean, furnished to a very high standards and all the extra touches such as the cream tea on arrival and the information packs really made you realise the extra mile the owners had gone to, to make it a holiday to remember.

Wonderful weeks stay in this ideally located house. Great for a large party of family and friends. We had to reduce our number due to covid restrictions unfortunately but the property was spacious and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Will definitely be rebooking!! We enjoyed a lovely family weekend away here - 12 adults and 1 baby. It has recently been converted from a B&B to a self catering property. It had everything you could ask for, including 2 dishwashers and 2 washing machines! The accommodation was spotless and all the bedrooms were lovely. The kitchen was really well-equipped - so many glasses, plates, dishes etc. The location is great - less than a 5-minute walk to the front. Would definitely recommend for a group holiday.

We have just returned from a week self catering in 'Lazy Days' booked through Blue river Cottages. We have an annual week away with children/grandchildren, and 'Lazy Days' is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Being an ex B&B all rooms have access to their own shower/bath, and there is a very comfortable lounge and dining room. The house is equipped with everything you might need, and has a small but pleasant garden at the rear with a table for outside dining and a good barbecue. The house is fine for just adults but it's perfect for families with children being 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops and other typical seaside amenities. If there is a downside it is that there is only space for 2 cars off road, but instructions are provided as to where you can park and there is street parking opposite the property. We were the first occupants following the reopening. Unfortunately a lot of the toys/games were removed due to Covid Rules, but the owners were very thoughtful and provided plenty of beach items, books/crayons for the kids - along with scones/jam/butter/cream on arrival. Details were provided on cleaning regimes etc My daughter had made direct contact with the owner, who previously ran the property as a B&B, and she was most helpful. Obviously very keen to ensure anyone staying there had a good time. We were very lucky with the weather during our week so were able to eat outside in pub gardens most of the time. No doubt if you were confined to the property or just wanted to dine in you would have all the equipment you needed. The property is also only a few minutes walk from Dartmouth Steam Railway and the bus station
