A spectacular property for families in the wonderful location of Salcome with amazing views.

The open plan living area with comfy seating and dining area that opens onto the balcony.  Split over two levels, there are three different bedrooms with sliding doors to access the garden. On the top floor, you will find the master bedroom with en-suite and a single room, both with fabulous views. 

Accommodation: 5 bedrooms: one king size, one double beds, three singles and bunk beds. 3 bathrooms: 1 with bath and walk in shower, WC, towel rail and wash basin, the other with shower, WC and wash basin; the en-suite in the master bedroom with wash basin, towel rail, WC and bath with shower fitting. Kitchen/Lounge: Microwave, toaster, 4 ring electric hob with oven, dishwasher,fridge/freezer, in built fridge and freezer, flat screen TV with DVD player, 2 two seater sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. No Smoking. Pets allowed, ground floor only please. WiFi Provided. Garden Furniture. Short Breaks accepted. Off road parking available for one car and on street parking. The property is on three levels but there are a few steps internally.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.


Great location and views of the estuary for the rear deck and within the main parts of the house. An energetic 10 min walk to town.
