It is made up of a complex of three properties, a former B&B that welcomes up to ten guests and two modern mews cottages each sleeping four guests. Altogether, a large party of up to 18 guests can stay here, whether that’s for a celebration or just a big catch-up with your favourite friends and family. Make the most of the fantastic features on offer at this enchanting retreat, including an impressive hydropool hot tub that six people can use at any one time, and an outside kitchen that’s beautifully lit to create a romantic, relaxing atmosphere when cooking and dining in the grounds.
Firstly, you’ll enter the former B&B that boasts the main social spaces. A stylish well-equipped kitchen provides plenty of room to cater for a big group, while the elegant conservatory and dining room both provide sophisticated interiors and between them, seating for up to 20 guests over two long tables. An ornate fireplace completes the dining room for added character. The thoughtfully laid-out lounge provides a serene space with a TV/DVD, beautiful bay windows, and a charming fireplace with a wood burner, so you can listen to the fire crackling away as you unwind or chat into the evening. Enjoy a game of pool in the games room before retiring to one of the five fantastic bedrooms, comprised of two twin rooms, a double and two kings. Every bedroom boasts a TV/DVD set, an en-suite for privacy, and some host cushy seating too. If you head directly down to the cellar, you’ll find a utility space with a washing machine and a tumble dryer for easily sorting out sandy or muddy gear.
The two mews-style cottages offer similar carefully styled layouts with charming, open-plan, ground floor kitchen/diners, and a separate lounge space for intimate evenings. A stylish shower room, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the ground-floor layout of both cottages. Upstairs on the first floor, a king-size bedroom and a twin room provide pretty, restful places to lay your head. These cottages also each boast a second, first-floor bathroom, lit by a skylight, that provides another space to ensure everyone has space to wash up before big days out and about. Between these properties sits a fantastic courtyard – the perfect area for everyone to come together on sunny days to share food and stories. This is where you’ll find the enchanting hydropool which is sure to be popular with all your guests. The outside kitchen space boasts lovely extras such as a pizza oven and BBQ area, and there’s lots of stylish seating so you can make the most of this endearing outdoor area.
