Located in the charming Exmoor hamlet of Barbrook, Riverglade is less than 2 miles from the twin coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth with their choice of amenities including picturesque harbour, beach, choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and is surrounded by superb walking country with moorland, riverside and coastal walks all easily accessible
On the ground floor a large well equipped kitchen has an open plan design with an attractive dining area offering an ideal place for meals with family and friends. French windows open up onto a large stone terrace where al fresco dining can also be enjoyed overlooking the garden, meadow and beautiful wooded valley. This pet friendly property has a large utility room on the ground floor with an external door providing a storage and drying space plus an ideal spot for dog beds. A very comfortable and attractive living room is situated on the first floor to take advantage of the triple aspect views and a woodburner in a feature fireplace makes this a cosy retreat even in the cooler evenings. A double bedroom with en suite shower room can also be found on the first floor with the remaining 3 bedrooms on the second floor. A family bathroom on the second floor and a ground floor cloakroom completes the internal accommodation. This wonderful country house has a rear stone terrace and a fully enclosed garden. Visitors are welcome to explore the adjoining meadow and small area of woodland that borders the West Lyn River (care should be taken with young children). Ample driveway parking for 4 cars at the front of the house.
