The Red Barn

This restaurant and bar in the middle of Woolacombe is built squarely on four pillars: food, beer, surfing and music – not necessarily in that order. Most importantly, though, it is a venue which welcomes people with dogs and is happy for the hounds to hang 10 with their posse in the large bar and the first part of the restaurant (the top section is reserved for people without pets).

The Ship Aground Inn

Beautifully positioned next to the village church in the lovely clifftop hamlet of Mortehoe, the Ship Aground is a fantastically friendly vessel for salty old sea dogs and land-lubbing mutts alike.
