The ground floor offers an additional living room providing flexible living space for larger parties, a further very spacious bedroom and a newly fitted shower room. Leading out to the rear garden, a fully fitted utility room offers storage space for surf board and wet suits. A fully enclosed rear patio and terraced garden is ideal for enjoying a relaxing outdoor dining experience. The village of Braunton offers a great selection of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and is just a short drive to the beautiful surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde. A free parking permit for one vehicle at Croyde Down End car park is provided. An ideal property for walkers and cyclists with easy access to the Tarka Trail, which follows the route of the old railway line around the Taw Estuary as well as the spectacular coastal walks along the nearby Golden Coast.
