Patio doors lead out on to the fully enclosed garden with patio and small lawn, ideal for pets. The modern kitchen is well equipped and there is a downstairs cloakroom off the hallway. There are three bedrooms upstairs, the double room which has a King together with the twin room has distant sea views. A bunk bedded room overlooks the garden and all are served by the modern family bathroom. This wonderful part of North Devon is a haven for surfers and also perfect for children with the soft sandy beach backed by gentle sand dunes. For walkers stunning scenery can be enjoyed on the coastal paths or why not travel a little further afield into the beautiful Exmoor National Park.
