Yellow Cottage is located in a tucked away position right in the heart of the village of Croyde famous for its ocean surf and golden sandy beach. The village pubs, cafes and shops are two minutes walk from the cottage and the path to the beach takes about 10 minutes.

The cottage was originally a Devon farmhouse outbuilding made of characteristic cob construction. It was known as the 'donkey barn' and the 'donkey ramp' has been fondly kept in the garden. The cottage has been lovingly restored by the owners and additional comforts added including a hot tub and wood burner.  

The cottage has open plan living on the ground floor with real wood floors. The living area has two large leather sofas which provides ample seating space in front of the wood burner, fireplace and flatscreen TV. The dining table is positioned between the living area and kitchen space. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and filter coffee maker. Underfloor heating is provided throughout to ensure you are cosy and warm on cooler evenings and all year round. From the living room, a bi-fold patio door links the cottage to the enclosed garden with patio, hot tub and barbecue, a welcome outdoor area to further relax after a fun filled day out and about. Pets are welcome at the cottage and there is a lawn area beyond the sloped 'donkey ramp'.
Upstairs there are 3 compact bedrooms.  There is a Superking-size bedroom and Twin bedroom, both with the flexibility of zip and link beds. The third bedroom has bunk beds. The contemporary family bathroom contains a bath with shower overhead and this room has a heated ceramic tiled floor.

There is one allocated car parking space, 20m along the path. The washer/dryer is located in the outhouse, just to the side of Yellow Cottage. Croyde offers plenty as a holiday destination, a renowned surfing beach backed by sand dunes, plus a good selection of pubs and places to eat out, all set in a picturesque village. The South West Coast Path is close by for keen walkers. Yellow Cottage is ideal for a family with young or teenage children or perhaps two couples looking to holiday together.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 with Superking with zip 'n' link option to 3ft Twins on request. Bedroom 2 with 3ft Twins with option to Superking on request. Bedroom 3 with Bunks. Bathroom with bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC, heated towel rail and heated ceramic tiled floor.

**N.B Yellow Cottage will only sleep 5 for 2019, the bunk bedded room will be a single room.
