Description

The Croft is on the edge of Ilfracombe town and has superb sea views over the Bristol Channel. The town centre and Harbour are just a ten minute walk away and 'The Old Thatched House' pub and a village store are within 200 yards. Ilfracombe's attractive harbour area with a selection of restaurants, shops, galleries and the ferry to Lundy Island is just a few minutes away, with stunning award winning beaches, dramatic coastline and the rolling Tarka countryside within easy reach.

This terraced family house offers spacious accommodation, presented in a mix of period and modern furnishings, it is ideal for large families or groups of friends. A large hallway with parquet flooring leads into the cosy living room with gas fire and comfy seating. A separate dining room with large table seating 8 is the ideal place for a family meal and to discuss the day’s activities. The small galley style kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher etc and has views over Ilfracombe There is also a smaller ‘snug’ style room with TV, children’s toys and door to garden.

Accommodation is laid over 3 floors and with 2 extra living areas the property is an excellent choice for families with children. Both double rooms have a seating area in the window, where guests can enjoy an early morning coffee whilst taking in the lovely sea views. Two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor share the two bathrooms located on the first floor. All bedrooms also have feature fireplaces and a writing desk and chair on the second-floor landing is a nice touch for any budding authors. The rear garden has a small patio area with garden furniture and the sloping lawned area is accessed via some steep steps.

Second Floor: Snug room with bedsette (for alternative sleeping only) and Playstation. Bedroom 3 with double. Bedroom 4 with Twin and handbasin.
