Myrtle Cottage sits just across from the East Lyn river, a short stroll from the village centre and close to an abundance of coastal and country walks. To the front of the cottage, off the hallway, a modern living room has an electric wood burning stove effect fire making it cosy at any time of year. The separate spacious dining room features an original Rayburn, which although no longer in use adds to the charm of this family room which is open plan to the compact modern kitchen. Three bedrooms and separate modern bathroom are on the first floor, the double and compact single enjoying river views. A small front terrace is a lovely spot to sit and relax within the sound of the tumbling river and to the rear is an enclosed paved courtyard. With a pebble beach and a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Myrtle Cottage offers a relaxing haven at the end of the day.

The cottage was nice and comfy for 3 adults and our dog, and would happily come back here again. Fantastic location! The river just outside, walks from the doorstep and a lovely stroll into town, perfect.Mrs T Deeney - 13th June 2015
Love it , that's why we have been there four times.Mrs J Rymer - 4th October 2014
Lynmouth is one of the most picturesque places in North Devon. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking; you can follow The River Lyn to Watersmeet and relax with a Devon Cream Tea when you get there. The outside seating area to the front of property is very charming and quite private.Mrs J Watson - 28th June 2014
Lovely cottage. Good location to go for walks with the dog without having to go out in the car. But equally lots of beautiful countryside and beaches to visit by car. Very friendly little town especially the Village Inn pub who love dogs and food is excellent. The cottage has everything you need.Mrs Y Lacey - 7th June 2014
