This lovely character cottage is located in the village of Northam conveniently situated between the pretty fishing village of Appledore and the beach and surfing resort of Westward Ho! Button Cottage is within a few minutes walk of shops, pub and restaurant and close to the nearby leisure centre, gym and swimming pool. Having been recently decorated using a bright nautical theme the property is ideal for couples and families looking for a quiet base to enjoy all that this area has to offer. On the ground floor a good sized attractive living/ dining room has a glazed door to an enclosed patio and garden and a compact kitchen provides all you will need for dining in. On the first floor two pretty bedrooms continue the nautical theme and a family bathroom completes the internal accommodation. A well thought out fully enclosed terraced patio and garden offers a lovely space to enjoy breakfast or relax after a day exploring the area. The cottage is within a short drive or 20 minutes walk of Northam Burrows Country Park and Nature Reserve and just a few minutes further to the surfing beach and resort facilities at Westward Ho! or the colourful fishing village of Appledore. Cyclists and walkers will love the easy access to the Tarka Trail and the South West Coastal path whilst for those who would prefer not to use the car there is very good public transport from the village.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living room /dining TV with freeview and DVD and CD player. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher and small washing machine. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin 2'6" beds. Bathroom with bath with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Travel cot. Electric boiler CH. Wi -Fi Broadband. No smoking. 2 small pets welcome. Garden furniture. Roadside parking available nearby and free village car park just a 2 minute walk. 3pm arrival time. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
