The well equipped kitchen has all you will need for dining in and there is an informal breakfast/games area at the rear which provides an ideal retreat for the younger members of the family and includes a breakfast bar, TV, Playstation and other games. A utility area at the rear of the first floor leads out onto a fully enclosed partially covered roof patio, with an outdoor shower. With outdoor furniture this is an ideal spot for al fresco dining with family and friends. Three attractive bedrooms are on the second floor each with their own TV. Two of the bedrooms are at the front and also offer the great sea views. Two bathrooms on the second floor and a separate cloakroom with WC on the first floor completes the accommodation. An allocated parking space is provided within 300yds however you may be able to unload on arrival on the roadside to the front of the apartment. With great pubs, restaurants, shops and the spectacular beaches of Woolacombe Bay on the doorstep Clevelands is an ideal choice for visitors of all ages wishing to enjoy the friendly laid back atmosphere of this wonderful location. Whoever is running this cottage clearly cares about about their customers. The location is perfect with a large balcony that looks out over the beach. The property is surprisingly spacious with three good sized bedrooms, large lounge/diner and a breakfast/PlayStation room. All my family were really impressed with the size and attractiveness of the space. What really impressed me though were the little details. There was some tea/coffee and milk already there, loo paper, a docking station DAB radio, TVs in each room, outside shower to rinse wetsuits, rack for surf boards. That's just what I can remember. It really felt like rather than try to maximise their profit, the owners had tried to anticipate what would make a stay more convenient and enjoyable and paid the little extra provide it.
