A little gem! This three bedroom upside down detached house is in the centre of Brixham. Accommodation is over two floors with two bedrooms on the lower ground floor and an open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, together with kitchen and a further bedroom. The property has some fabulous views over the harbour and out to sea from the extensive balcony furnished with table and chairs.
Le Voir can accommodate 7 guests and is tucked away 20 yards from the lane, approached via a few shallow steps with garage parking 200 metres away.
Brixham harbour is a great place - home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the country so there’s always something going on with trawlers and fishing boats in an out of the harbour. A visit to the fish auction is a must but if you don’t feel brave enough to bid, book a table at one of the towns excellent fish cafes and restaurants.
Stroll along to Brixham Harbour Gardens, a lovely spot to relax. Nearby Paignton and Torquay are just a short drive away, spend a day at Paignton Zoo, or Living Coasts, hop on a ferry and explore the winding streets of historical Dartmouth with its stylish shops, delis, cafes and excellent fish restaurants.
