Description

One of the biggest features of Dartmouth is The River Dart and on the waterfront you'll find the lovely family and pet friendly apartment of Gullsways Upper. Dartmouth is famous for a multitude of festivals such as, Dartmouth Music Festival every May, Dartmouth Royal Regatta which happens in the last week of August each year and Dartmouth Food Festival on October Half Term. Gullsway Upper is a first floor apartment located down 89 steps from the road side to the waterfront and is less than a 5 minute walk from the town centre and all its amenities. This particular apartment offers 180 degree views of the River and looks onto the mouth of the River from the balcony and open plan lounge, diner and kitchen area located at the front of the property, watch the world pass you by whilst enjoying your evening meal with a glass of wine. The family bathroom, cloakroom and both bedrooms are towards the rear of the apartment. Gullsway Upper offers respite from the world although, you're within close proximity to the town and all it's lovely activities, walk down the steps and it's a tranquil retreat.

 

Accommodation: Living/dining/kitchen with 42" TV with basic Sky Package, DVD Player and Radio/CD player. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher, washing machine, DeLonghi Filter Coffee Machine. Master bedroom with 1 King. Bedroom 2 with Twin Zip and Link beds. Bathroom with Bath and wall mounted electric shower and basin. Cloakroom with w.c.

 

Facilities and Services: Linen and Towels. Gas CH. No Smoking. WiFi. 2 pets welcome. Balcony Furniture. Parking Permit Provided. Short Breaks Available in low and mid season. 3pm Arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment and for this reason items may differ upon arrival. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
