Description

This delightful holiday chalet offers very comfortable holiday accommodation for four. The property is all on one level with a lovely bright nautical décor and very well equipped throughout the two bedrooms, open plan living dining and kitchen areas and bathroom.

Situated on the family friendly Norton Park, just a five minute drive away from Dartmouth, it's on the main Plymouth to Dartmouth bus route and the park and ride into the town is close by – a good option in the busier summer months when parking in the town can prove difficult.

Norton Park is perfect for children with plenty of open space for paying ball games and letting off steam. The area is quiet and there's plenty of room for children to play safely. It's also close to Woodlands Leisure Park – always a popular day out with water rides, soft play and petting animals. The Dartmouth Golf and Country Club is close by too if you fancy a round of golf or a dip in the swimming pool, they also have a very good bar and restaurant.

The Hut is an excellent base if you're looking to get out and about the discover the delightful market towns of the South Hams. Totnes is about a 20 minute drive away and has some interesting shops and vegetarian cafes. The beautiful coast is also within easy reach, for days out on the beach and energetic walks along the South West Coast Path.

It great little property! If you're on a bit of a budget this is the perfect choice..

Lounge/Diner/Kitchen: Wall mounted TV with integrated DVD player, Radio is available through the TV, electric fire available to use, sofa bed, wooden dining table and chairs, built in electric oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. 

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe.

Bathroom: Electric walk in shower, W.C., wash handbasin

 

Parking: One designated car park space.

 

Outside: Open plan lawn area to the front of the property

If you'd like to use the sofa bed please inform us when booking. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
