The room is furnished with a large three seater sofa and two coordinating single chairs, glass side tables with table lamps and a glass TV stand housing a flatscreen TV with Sky box with Sky Sports.
The reception hallway provides an ideal location for dining, with a glass circular extending table and four wicker chairs. French doors open from here leading onto the South facing verandah.
The kitchen has recently been refurbished with a range of contemporary base and wall units with built-in appliances comprising of a double oven with gas hob, washing machine and slimline dishwasher and a freestanding fridge freezer.
There are two bedrooms within the apartment.
Bedroom One is a spacious light and airy bedroom benefiting from a large south facing window offering countryside views across the verandah. The room is furnished with a kingsize bed with bedside cabinets and table lights and a range of built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom Two is a twin bedroom situated at the rear of the property and again enjoying high ceilings creating a light and airy environment. The room is furnished with a super kingsize zip and link bed giving the flexibility of either two single beds or a large super kingsize bed. There is also a range of built-in wardrobes.
The bathroom has recently been refurbished with a new suite comprising of a large walk in shower cubicle, low level WC and pedestal washbasin with mirror and light over. This room also benefits from underfloor heating.
Running the length of the apartment this south facing verandah is an ideal area for alfresco dining with a glazed overhang and breath taking views of the town, river and surrounding countryside.
There is garage parking plus an allocated parking space available for use by guests.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Lovely apartment with stunning views
Well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with all the comforts of home. Very well decorated with new kitchen and bathroom. Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Allocated parking space also a bonus in busy Dartmouth. Property is within walking distance of town however as the walk back is all up hill it is good to let the bus take the strain and there is a stop close to the apartment.Sue from Nottingham - 11th July 2015
Fantastic apartment that made our holiday!
We absolutely loved our apartment in Devon. The standard was of such a high quality and it had so many extras that it felt like home from home. The view of Dartmouth was stunning from the balcony and the location was perfect and the added bonus of a parking space was brilliant. Really enjoyed our first trip to Dartmouth, nicely fitted apartment in good location
Apartment was comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed except the following: - a few items in kitchen, like saucepan stands to protect worktop, more knives for prep,a casserole dish and lidded pyrex for cooking veg in microwave; -rug in dining area is very slippery; - mattress in double room is too hard - needs a soft topper; - key to garage would have been useful for storing bikes. Key code sent to me before we set off for holiday early on 19 July was incorrect. I wasn't able to pick up subsequent emails during our first week of holiday before we arrived in Dartmouth, so we had a call emergency helpline when we arrived - not what we needed.Debbie - 2nd August 2014
This is a spacious, luxurious apartment with amazing views over Dartmouth. The apartment has everything you need, it is in a quiet location but it is a steep walk from the town. I would definitely recommend it. Although it is advertised as having a garage and a parking space, there was no key for the garage. Luckily this didn't bother us.Kay from Derby - 26th July 2014
