Dartmouth has so much to offer, from the memorising River Dart and the Kingwear steam train that runs along side to the pretty cobbled streets and independent shops, galleries and cafe's which add to the quintessential character.  Dartmouth is famous for a multitude of festivals such as, Dartmouth Music Festival every May, Dartmouth Royal Regatta which happens in the last week of August each year and Dartmouth Food Festival on October Half Term all of which just adds to the many activities that can be enjoyed for couples and families alike. Bedroom 2 with 1 King.Bedroom 3 with two singles. Bedroom 4 with bunk beds. Bathroom with Bath and wall mounted electric shower and basin/WC on middle level and family bathroom on lower level.

Short Breaks Available in low and mid season. 4pm Arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
