Dating back to the early 1800’s, Dragon's Nest is a large two bedroom apartment with a wealth of exposed original oak A-Frame beams. This historic building together with George's Den apartment sit above the George and Dragon Inn.
Completely renovated and beautifully decorated to create a luxury apartment providing simple modern accommodation with first class fittings and décor. Dragon’s Nest is right in the , shops and artisan market place. The apartment is dual aspect with view to the south overlooking the river Dart and the northern side facing Dartmouth’s historic Undercliffe. The old pub itself has also been restored, unique with a blend of old and new, it’s also got a great reputation for dining and it the only pub in Dartmouth with a beer garden!
Dragon's Nest is very comfortable, a beautiful bolthole to retreat and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to become involved in all the activities. The perfect base to explore on foot, by car or by boat or to simply relax!
The pub isn’t noisy – it does sometimes have live music in the main bar at festival time when local talented musicians entertain, but it’s not a karaoke pub! Accommodation: Two flights of stairs, second flight is steep and narrow and may not be suitable for very young children and less able guests. Central hallway: luggage storage and space to hang coats and vintage sofa. Kitchen/ dining area: modern units and brand new appliances-fan oven, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, intercom connects to front door. Living room: 2 sofas, bean bags, coffee table, Samsung flat screen Smart TV, DVD and CD player. Bedrooms: 2 doubles with Kingsize beds, dressing table, stool, chair, bedside tables, chests of drawers , one bedroom with Smart Samsung TV. Bathroom: Large walk-in luxury shower, clothes aired, WC, basin, illuminated mirror, heated towel rail.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
