Market View is a second floor duplex apartment located in the centre of the Town.  There is no parking at the property but a parking permit is provided for use in the town centre car park.

Across the River Dart you'll find Paignton Zoo and Conservation park and Quay West Water Park.

Well designed with freestanding range cooker, integrated dishwasher, 18thC larder, butler's sink, stainless steel microwave and fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cookware, utensils, prestige pots, pans, Sabatier knives, simple white china and solid stainless steel cutlery. Bedrooms: Master bedroom (top floor): en-suite with shower, white iron king size bed,  LCD TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview, bespoke built-in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, 3 roof windows with blackout blinds and a cooling fan. Bedroom 2 : white iron 3ft wide twin beds, built in wardrobe, 2 shaker style chest of draws, small cabinet and a large window with ivory wooden blinds. (This is a private space at night - the bathrooms and hallways do not require walking through the room.) This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
