Location, location, location… this stunning 2 bed apartment ticks all the boxes! A fusion of Victorian style and amazing sea views, just a stone’s throw from the promenade. Number 16 Great Cliff sits on the third floor (with elevator) and is furnished to a very high standard - the open plan living room has plenty of comfortable sofa seating, Juliet balcony with sea views, dining table with leather high back chairs and fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher. A fabulous social space for family or friends. The 2 bedrooms are to the rear of the apartment, both very light and stylish.
Great Cliff apartments are a one minute level walk along the seafront to the town centre. (Separated only from the beach and sea by Brunel's historic Great Western Railway.) A secluded beach lies just across the railway bridge to the East.
Dawlish is a traditional seaside holiday destination favoured by the Victorians and it’s easy to see why the town has retained its popularity - sandy beaches, rocks for rock pooling, boating and good range of shops, cafes, pubs and of course, fish and chips! The mainline railway stops in the town so it’s a good option if you’re planning on taking the train.
16 Great Cliff is a popular choice so book early - perfect for families, friends and anyone who just wants to be beside the seaside.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Great apartment in a lovely situation!
The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The owners had thought of everything that one might need during their stay. The quality of the towels and bedding were excellent too. The view from the lounge was amazing and the smell of sea air was great to wake up to a great apartment to have some well earned R&R. The town and locals were friendly, and the Smugglers Inn was a great place to eat and reasonably priced; it’s popular so making reservation in advance is a good idea. Crazy golf 5 mins from the apartment is good for some family fun and the Black Swans are amazing we were fortunate to see their cygnets. We did have reason to visit the local doctors surgery and all were extremely friendly and helpful we even got to see the doctor within a few hours. All in all Dawlish is a lovely little seaside town with nice friendly local people, nice walks and plenty of things to entertain you. Will definitely consider a return trip.
Wonderful property of really high quality in a great location overlooking the sea. Loved opening the doors in the morning and listening to the waves and feeling the sunshine.

Spent 3 nights stay at this lovely apartment, with our friends from Oct 30th till the 2nd Nov, heating was on when we arrived plus biscuits tea coffee sugar & milk, very clean & comfortable, with lovely view over the Ocean, also very close to bus stops railway ect, would stay there again, plus added bonus of such lovely weather.
Great flat, comfortable, clean and within easy access to local amenities, and plenty of local things of interest to do.
The apartment is situated in an ideal place to visit other attractions in the local area by car or local transport.
