Description

Apartment 1 is a well equipped ground floor apartment based in the seaside town of Dawlish Warren. Dawlish Warren is a town filled with community spirit and fun. This town offers a range of different activities from enjoyable walks with great views, a golf course nearby and in the Summer season you can walk through the 'Open Air' market. Really immerse yourself in the Dawlish life. Apartment 1 is a great base to explore during the day and then relax in the evening sun at night after a great meal at the local Mount Pleasant Inn. This apartment sleeps five people in three bedrooms, has one family bathroom with a separate bath and a shower and an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. A very spacious apartment for everyone and offers outside seating and outside space for you to use during your holiday. 

Kitchen/Dining/Living

Kitchen: Electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. 

Living: TV (39") with Freeview. 

 

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), bedside table and wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Bedroom 2: Single bed (3'), bedside table and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Bunk Beds (3'), bedside table and wardrobe. 

Family Bathroom: Bath, separate thermostatic shower, w.c., hand basin. 

 

Outside Space: Open patio area with table and chairs provided. 

Parking: 1 Space available, please be aware the parking spaces are first come first serve. There is a pay and display car park available less than 50 yards from the apartment. 

Changeover day: Saturday - Arrival 3:00pm - Departure 10:00am

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Power and Heat: Gas and Electric are included in the rent.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Notes - No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi Provided. Mobile Phone Signal is Patchy. This property is child friendly however, please bring your own equipment. 1 car park space is available, please be aware the parking is on a first come first serve basis. 

Short Breaks - Short breaks can be booked for Monday -  Friday or Friday - Monday, no other short break will be accepted.
