Kingsway is in a quiet residential area of Torquay. A very comfortable two bedroom detached bungalow with a furnished patio and a large lawn area. The owners will allow you to take three dogs and with some great walks on your doorstep, your four legged friends will certainly sleep well!
The property is a great option for friends or a family looking to stay in this traditional seaside town, close to all amenities with the harbour and beaches just a short drive away and restaurants, cafes and shops within easy reach. Torquay has an excellent theatre and Paignton Zoo, Bygones Museum and Babbacombe Model Village are all within easy reach. There's plenty to keep all ages entertained!
Kitchen: Large fitted kitchen with a gas cooker and Aga, microwave, fridge and washing machine. From the kitchen, you can also access the conservatory with access to a utility area which with a dryer and a freezer.
Living/Dining Room: Sofa, armchair, coffee table. Freeview TV with VCR & DVD player. Dining room table and chairs.
Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: King-size bed and has plenty of built in storage. TV
Bedroom 2: Twin beds, TV.
The property can sleep up to 6 with sofa bed in the conservatory.
Bathroom: Well equipped bathroom with low level easy access bath with shower over and handrail, wash handbasin and W.C. There is also a separate cloakroom.
Conservatory: Located just off from the kitchen is a conservatory with sofa bed, flat screen TV., great for teenagers or as a snug.
Garden: Kingsway has a beautifully presented large level rear garden with a furnished patio area which is great for those evening BBQ's.
Parking: Private off road parking

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
This was our 4th stay at Kingsway and it didn’t fail to meet our expectations. So nice to know that your accommodation will be clean and comfortable and Chris and Rachel are very helpful and accommodating.
A lovely homely bungalow in a quiet location. Lovely welcoming biscuits/drinks on arrival by owners. They provided lots of sugar, kitchen towel, hand soap etc when other owners dont always provide these. A lovely garden for the boys and dogs and friendly neighbours.
Have stated here at least Seven times it is perfect in all respects- sparklingly clean and everything you need is there. Mr and Mrs Proctor are so helpful brilliant in every way. Can’t speak too highly of the property and the owners. Looking to go again at end of year.
