Description

In a lovely position overlooking Goodrington and out towards the sea is a beautiful modern apartment called Orestone View. The views from the property are spectacular and offer a real 'watch the world go by' sense of peace which you can enjoy on your holiday. The apartment is appropriately named after the large rock in the sea which can be seen from the property, called Orestone. Being near the sea there is an abundance of coastal walks available nearby, or simply take a 15 minute walk down the hill to Goodrington Sands, 'oh I do like to be beside the seaside!'. Orestone View is in a fantastic location, it's within easy commuting distance to many local amenities and attractions in the area. The property is beautifully decorated, with lots of attention to detail, it is modern, spacious and well equipped. It is a third level apartment however, is on the entrance level of the apartment block, therefore, the property is ground floor level. It has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with bifolding doors opening to a juliette balcony with glass balustrades with gorgeous sea views. Towards the back of the apartment is the second bedroom with twin zip and link beds, the family bathroom and the master bedroom. Both bedrooms benefit from sea glimpses. The apartment also comes with 1 designated car park space. 

Accommodation: Kitchen/diner/living: with electric oven, electric hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave. 40" Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix (Guests are welcome to log into their own Netflix accounts during their holiday, please log out on day of departure). Bedroom 1 with king (5') bed, 32" TV with freeview, chest of drawers, dresser, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with twin (2'6" Singles can be zip and lined together to create a 5' king - if you'd like the singles zipped together for your holiday please inform us when booking), chest of drawers, build in wardrobe, wall mounted 32" TV with freeview. Family Bathroom with walk in wall mounted mixer tap shower, separate bath, w.c., hand basin. 

Facilities and Services: Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Travel cot and highchair provided (Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot). Shorts breaks (minimum of 3 nights) accepted throughout the year. Designated car park space. Any day Arrival/Departure.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
