Description

This two bedroom holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the building, has bright lounge diner with balcony overlooking the area, private parking in courtyard. There are two bedrooms to accommodate up to 4 guests. The house is located just a short walk away from Torquay marina and busy life of town with it’s local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Accommodation: Located on the first floor, access via communal hallway. Entrance door leads to corridor.  Master bedroom with King size bed and Twin bedroom with 2 Single beds, zip & link that can be used as King size Bed. Two family bathrooms - one with bath and overhead shower, WC and washbasin and the other one with walk in shower, WC and washbasin. Kitchen with four-ring gas hob, electric, fridge/freezer (70/30), dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge / diner with table and chairs for 4, TV (55’'), corner sofa, an armchair and side table, glass coffee table, siding door to access the balcony.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. No smoking. Whilst there is no smoking in the house, smoking is permitted on the Balcony (please be considerate to neighbours above). Families with children welcome - please note that there is no travel cot or highchair provided at the property and you are welcome to bring your own. No pets. Balcony furniture. Private parking for 1 car in front of the house. Short breaks available. 3 PM arrival time. 11 AM Departure time. Friday changeover days for weekly bookings.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
