A stunning property in a fabulous location… this stylish 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect option for a family or friends looking for a seaside bolthole. Just relax on the private balcony with 180 degree panoramic vista over the harbour and Torbay and breathe the fresh sea air.
Accommodation is all on one level - the kitchen is well equipped catering for all your needs. The living and dining room is very comfortable with corner sofa and armchair and dining table and chairs, the views from here are simply stunning with wide floor to ceiling windows and french doors onto the balcony. Into the bedrooms where the master room has an ensuite and access onto the balcony making the most of those fabulous harbour views. There’s a second bedroom which is spacious with twin beds and use of the family bathroom.
9 Marina Court is beautifully furnished in a nautical style with fresh blues and whites creating a light and bright interior. The owners have included plenty of mod cons to enhance your holiday stay and nice touches such as the telescope and binoculars close at hand, if you’re lucky, you may spot a pod of dolphins in the bay. Just below the apartment is the Victorian Rock Walk and Torre Abbey Sands with its stylish cafes and restaurants, perfect for a stroll in the evening followed by dinner.
Guests of the property have use of the communal gardens which lead onto the Royal Terrace Gardens and the prom. The beach at Torre Abbey Sands is just a short walk away and a great spot to while away a couple of hours. If you can tear yourself away from this fabulous coastal apartment, it’s worth heading across the River Dart via car ferry and wandering around the narrow streets of Dartmouth, packed with stylish shop, delis, cafes and galleries. Activities locally include sea safaris, Jungle Journey, golf, Living Coasts, Paignton Zoo, surfing, fishing and sailing.

Dining/Kitchen: Appliances include cooker hob, oven, microwave, toaster electric kettle, a cafetiere, fridge freezer, ice maker, cooking utensils, pretty crockery and cutlery. Solid wood dining table and chairs.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables. Sea views and access out onto the balcony terrace. En-suite shower room.

Parking: Unrestricted public parking along the high wall side of Warren Road. Due to the convenient proximity from Torquay town centre and the local bus and train links, a car is not necessary.
Facilities and services: Wifi connection available. Coastal property with sea views. Bedlinen and towels provided (beach towels not provided). Arr/dep for weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season. Travel cot available. Hairdryer. No parking. Sorry no pets. No smoking. Area fitness centre. Bike rentals. A frequent Bus service from the Strand is a 5-10 minutes' stroll away (along the harbour side), whilst Torquay Train Station is a short taxi ride/ 15 minutes' stroll away.
Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

The property was fantastic, it had everything we needed, the views were breathtaking and always something different to see from the huge balcony.
This apartment is situated on the hill overlooking the marina and so has fantastic views over Torquay, Paignton and on to Brixham. The beds and seats are all comfortable and there is everything that you require in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the apartment. The only thing to be aware of is that it is quite steep to get up from Torquay to the apartment.

Excellent location with views over the harbour and bay from the large and spacious balcony. The apartment itself has been very well maintained and had everything you could think of for a self catering stay. A bonus is the en suite bathroom which is great when you are a family of four which included teenagers. We had our bathroom and they had theirs.
As regulars to Torquay this apartment by far is the most pleasing to date. Location, amazing views to die for and everything you need for a relaxing or fun filled holiday. You need nothing more than to take in those views or a trip on the ferry. Local beaches are plenty and a favourite of ours is Babbacombe. The apartment is spotless with everything you need to make your stay a home from home.
Wonderful weather, glorious views - could not ask for better! Would recommend the ferry to Brihxam ~£3 pp. Ask a local about Brixham Angels. Balcony - a suntrap - could do with a parasol though:) Look forward to repeating the experience.

Wonderful apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Had a marvelous week wich included the Torbay Air Show. Watching the Red Arrows display from balcony was a special treat. Views morning, noon and night were gorgeous. Would love to come back.

We were blessed with wonderful weather during our stay so enjoyed the fantastic views and watching activities below. We recommend the ferry boat trip to Brixham (~£3 return, great value) we had our best ever cod / plaice and chips @ Brixham Fish &Chips Restaurant balck signage overlooking harbour) wonderful fresh fish- delicious!We recommend the Day ticket (~£5) on the open top Bus valid all day, various locations. We enjoyed bus 122, 10 min to Babbacombe Bay for its' views, scenery and Carvery @ The Royal Hotel.
