This two bedroom property sleeps 5 and offers very spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation. Well maintained throughout with lovely furnishings. The first floor living area is bright and airy, a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or exploring this beautiful area of South Devon.

Mount Braddon Mews is popular with families… explore the area and discover wildlife at Paignton Zoo, the underwater world of Living Coasts and make a splash at Quay West Waterpark. Alternatively take a stroll through the town, relax on the beach or perhaps try your hand at stand up paddle boarding. If you tire of the coast what about heading inland and take a hike on rugged Dartmoor, followed by a picnic or a pub lunch.

 

Accommodation

Kitchen: Very well equipped with electric oven, induction hob, fringe/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Living/Dining room: Spacious, light and airy living space with large cream corner sofa, flat screen TV with Netflix film package included. Glass dining table and chairs.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom: On the second floor with double bed and additional single bed in the corner suitable for a child and en-suite.

Bedroom 2: On the ground floor with twin beds suitable for older children.

Bathroom: The family bathroom is located on the ground floor adjacent to bedroom 2. Bath with hand held shower, W.C., wash hand basin.

Second bathroom: En-suite to the master bedroom with bath, shower over W.C. and wash hand basin.

 

Parking: One allocated private car parking space, (please note, no commercial vehicles, motor homes or trailers permitted).

 

Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Will accept 2 pets. Bed linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not provided.) ground floor bath/shower room. Garden. Travel cot and high chair available. Enclosed garden. Parking.  Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season. No smoking. Pub 0.5 miles. Shop 0.2 miles. This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
