Harbour Lights is in a fabulous location with 360 degree views over Torbay, from both the house and terraced gardens. Finished to a very high standard, this beautiful detached holiday home will accommodate 7 guests in four bedrooms.

If you can tear yourself away from the delights of the property there's plenty to explore with Brixham, Paignton and Torquay all on the doorstep. Discover the beautiful beaches, and coastal walks or head inland and explore the rugged Dartmoor National Park with its rivers and tors.

Located in the exclusive Livermead residential area of Torquay, Harbour Lights is a very spacious and contemporary holiday home, with newly fitted kitchen and bathrooms. It has the added bonus of having one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor so it's a good option for guests who want a little more privacy or are less able.

Harbour Lights is the perfect choice if you're looking for a larger property, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy spectacular views, with amenities close at hand.

Accommodation

Living Area: There is plenty of seating for all guests, TV with freeview, DVD player, extensive views and the door to the conservatory.

Kitchen/Dining: Newly fitted with gas range hob, electric fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, large bi-fold doors opening to an upper furnished terrace, dining table and chairs and a door to the conservatory with further access to the upper terrace.

Conservatory: A fabulous space, furnished with extensive views over Torbay.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom: 5' kingsize bed with an ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower, W.C., wash handbasin and beautiful views.

Bedroom 2: 5' kingsize bed with an ensuite bathroom with shower, W.C., and wash handbasin.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds which can be zip linked – please advise when booking if you would like to tO use this room as a double.

Bedroom 4: Single bed plus a fold down cube bed suitable for a child up to 7 years (6ft x 2ft), this room also has amazing views.

Bathrooms: Ground floor family bathroom with bath and wall mounted shower, W.C. and wash handbasin. The first and and second bedrooms have ensuites.

Outside: Upper terrace with garden furniture, stairs to large lower terrace and steps down to garden and lawn with further large furnished decked area – all with amazing sea views.

 

Parking: Off road private parking for 2 large cars or 3 small/medium cars.

 

Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Sea view. Will accept 2 pets. Bed linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not provided.) Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season. No smoking. Pub 1 mile. Shop 1 mile.  Coast 0.5  miles. Parking. BBQ. Ground floor bedroom and shower room. Enclosed garden. Travel cot and high char available.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

A wonderful base for visiting South Devon. The location is superb and the views are great. Our stay was in the autumn so we can only imagine what a wonderful spot it would be to enjoy the sun. We had no problems and found the standard of cleanliness, equipment and furnishings to be first rate. First rate property in all respects. Views and accommodation excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Have booked to stay again next year, so feel that says it all!

Excellent property well equipped with everything you need fantastic view from bedroom windows and living accommodation just a shame about the hilly location but would stay again On arrival we thought it would not be large enough for all the family but once we opened the doors we were amazed at the size and what a view we did not want to come home we were all so sad

The facilities in the house were very good, even providing plastic crockery and cutlery for the little ones and fresh milk in the fridge for that first welcome cuppa after a long journey. Lovely house with fantastic views over the bay. The roads leading to the house were very steep but you don't get a view like that without being at the top of a hill! There are local shops nearby which were useful for everyday items such as bread and milk.

The property was fantastic value for our family get together with 5 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. There was ample space indoors and out, and had superb views. Our favourite outings were to: Brixham (we recommend fish'n'chips from Rockfish and the Golden Hind Museum Ship), steam train/ferry to Dartmouth, Babbacombe Model Village and Babbacombe Cliff Railway.
