Nestled in one of the most beautiful locations of South Devon on the outskirts of a picturesque village called Blackawton near Dartmouth is West Hartley. West Hartley is one of a group of converted barns, boasting character features such as stone built barns, traditional wooden barn doors and fabulous undisturbed countryside views. This property offers a cosy and rural holiday perfect for families or friends, our four legged friends, walkers, twitchers and the list goes on! West Hartley is centrally located within a twenty minute walk from Blackawton main village and its pub, or visit Woodlands Leisure Park which is less than a five minute drive or another twenty minute walk. Blackawton is near the bustling town of Dartmouth where you'll find an array of independent shops, an eclectic mix of restaurants (most of which are pet friendly) and art galleries. If you fancy an adventure West Hartley leads into a wonderworld wood called Lower Woods Blackawton. At the end of an exciting day relax in the open plan living, kitchen and dining area or relax in the jacuzzi bath downstairs and make your way to bed ready for the next fun filled day. 

Accommodation: First Floor: Living/Kitchen/Diner with Smart 48" TV with DVD player (Netflix is available and guests are welcome to sign into their own accounts, an account is not supplied), Gas 5 ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Utility Room with washer/dryer, freezer, sink. Cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin. Ground Floor: Bedroom 1 with King (5') bed, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe, 24" TV/DVD combi and Ensuite with w.c., hand basin and walk in mixer tap shower. Bedroom 2 with twin (3') beds (If you'd like these twin beds zipped and linked for your stay please inform us when booking), 2 bedside cabinets, tall boy chest of drawers, 24" TV/DVD combi and wardrobe. 

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels). Gas central heating. WiFi provided. No Smoking. Maximum of 2 pets welcome. Travel cot and stair gates are available (if you'd like them for your stay please inform us when booking), please bring your own bedding for the travel cot and please provide your own baby equipment. Garden furniture provided. Parking for 2 cars is available with this property. Short breaks available throughout the whole year a minimum of 3 nights. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
